Wire thickness 3mm Guage 11g Roll length 18meters Mesh 80x80 Height 6ft

Many people in Nairobi and the surrounding counties come to us when they are putting up a house, running a construction site or setting up a farm. Top Quality Fencing Mesh-Chainlink 11g Mesh 80x80 6ft is one of the products in our Fencing & Security range. Below you will find what we know about it, how to tell if it suits your space, and a few tips that our customers have found helpful over time. Nothing here is complicated, and it should only take a few minutes.

Look and finish

Looks matter too, especially for flooring, decking and finishes that people see every day. Try to match this item with the colour and style of other materials on the same job. A shade that looks good on its own may clash with what is already in place. Remember that the photo is a guide and real colours can look slightly different. If you need an exact match, please ask us to confirm the finish first.

Is it right for you?

Not every product is right for every home, and that is okay. This one belongs to Fencing & Security, which gives you an idea of where it is normally used. If you are supplying a big site, you may care more about quantity and a fair price. If it is your own home or farm, you may care more about strength and finish. Decide what matters most to you, then check the listing against that list.

Take measurements first

Sizes matter more than most people think. A product can look perfect in a picture and still be a little too big or too small for your site, wall or floor. So measure twice and buy once, as the old saying goes. If your fundi is around, ask them to take the measurements with you. They will know which points are important for this type of item and can spot problems early.

Buying in Nairobi

We serve builders, home owners and farmers in Nairobi and across Kenya. Whether you are building in Kitengela, putting up a fence in Ruai or setting up a dairy unit in the countryside, the same advice applies. Know what you need, know your sizes, and confirm the details. Please note that this page does not promise stock levels or delivery terms, so ask us about those when you are ready to buy.

Fitting it properly

For most items in this range, a good fundi will make a big difference. Show them the product page and talk about where it will go before they start work. Confirm what comes in the package and what extra parts, screws or fittings they may need to buy. Where the job involves heavy machines, height or electricity, use someone who is properly trained. Always follow the instructions that come with the product if they are provided.

Money matters

Every project has a budget, big or small. Compare the price of this product with similar ones in the Fencing & Security section to see what fits your pocket. The cheapest option is not always the best value, and the most expensive is not always necessary. Think about how often the item will be used and how easy it will be to replace. Then pick the option that gives you peace of mind.

What the listing says

The short version is this: Wire thickness 3mm Guage 11g Roll length 18meters Mesh 80x80 Height 6ft. That is what we can tell you for sure. We do not want to add things that are not confirmed, so you will not find made up measurements or big promises here. If you need more, for example the weight, the exact finish or what comes in the box, just ask us first. A simple question now can save you a wasted trip later.

Simple care tips

Keep it simple when it comes to cleaning. Gentle soap, warm water and a soft cloth will handle most everyday dirt. Stay away from steel wool and strong acids unless the maker says they are fine. Check the item now and then for loose screws, leaks or wear, depending on what it is. Fixing small issues early is cheaper and saves you from bigger repairs down the line.

Useful Kenyan resources

Some buyers like to do their own research, and that is a good habit. Two helpful Kenyan sources are the Kenya Bureau of Standards and the National Construction Authority. You will find general information about standards and building there. Please note that linking to them does not mean they have tested or approved this product.
