Money matters

Every project has a budget, big or small. Compare the price of this product with similar ones in the Fencing & Security section to see what fits your pocket. Then pick the option that gives you peace of mind.

What you get

Here is the description we have for this item: Fences tend to offer more privacy, blocking your neighbors' view of your yard completely. A fence.... This is the information that came with the product, so use it as your main guide. If you need a detail that is not listed here, such as an exact size or a specific material, please ask before you buy. It is always better to confirm than to guess, especially when the item has to fit with things already installed in your house.

Fitting it properly

For most items in this range, a good fundi will make a big difference. Show them the product page and talk about where it will go before they start work. Confirm what comes in the package and what extra parts, screws or fittings they may need to buy. Where the job involves heavy machines, height or electricity, use someone who is properly trained. Always follow the instructions that come with the product if they are provided.

A quick word on sizes

Sizes matter more than most people think. A product can look perfect in a picture and still be a little too big or too small for your site, wall or floor. So measure twice and buy once, as the old saying goes. If your fundi is around, ask them to take the measurements with you. They will know which points are important for this type of item and can spot problems early.

Matching the rest of the job

Many of our customers in Nairobi like a clean and simple look, while others go for something bolder. There is no wrong choice, it is about what you like and what suits your home. Just keep in mind that screens show colours differently, so the item may look a bit lighter or darker in real life. Compare it with nearby products in the Fencing & Security section to see a few styles side by side.

Who this is good for

People buy items like this for different reasons. Some are replacing a broken one, some are building from scratch, and others just want a fresh look. Since it is part of our Fencing & Security range, compare it with the other options there before you decide. Ask yourself a few simple questions. Where exactly will it go? Who will use it? Does it need to match anything else? Your answers will tell you quickly if it is the right one.

Buying in Nairobi

Nairobi keeps growing, with new estates, warehouses and commercial buildings coming up every year from Industrial Area to Mombasa Road, Syokimau and beyond. All this building needs steel, flooring, fencing and site equipment, and that is a big part of what we do. Our showrooms on Homabay Road off Enterprise Road and at Vision Plaza on Mombasa Road are easy to reach. If you are further away, you can still browse online and plan your list.

Keeping it clean

Cleaning depends on what the item is made of. Use a soft cloth and mild soap for regular cleaning unless the product instructions say otherwise. Avoid harsh chemicals and rough scrubbers until you know they are safe for the surface. Dust and mud are common on building sites and farms, so clean the item after heavy use. If anything becomes loose or stops working well, ask a fundi to check it as soon as you notice.
