Fences tend to offer more privacy, blocking your neighbors' view of your yard completely. A fence...

Choosing hardware is easier when you have the right information in front of you. That is why we have put together this page for Privacy-Security Fencing Net-90%. Whether you are a home owner in Nairobi, a farmer upcountry or a contractor working somewhere in Kenya, the aim is the same: to help you pick the right item the first time and avoid the stress of going back and forth. Let us go through it together, step by step.

Working with your fundi

Get your fundi involved early, even before you pay for the item. They can tell you if the product will work with your current setup and what else might be needed for the job. Do not assume that fixings, accessories or fuel are included unless the listing says so. Plan the work properly, wear the right safety gear, and keep the packaging and receipt until everything is working.

Keeping it clean

A little care goes a long way. Wipe the item down once in a while and keep it dry where possible. If you are not sure which cleaner to use, start with plain water and a soft cloth. Strong products like bleach can damage some finishes, so test them on a small hidden area first. Please note that this advice is general and is not a promise about how long the product will last.

Money matters

The price you see on this page is for the item itself. Remember to also plan for things like fitting costs, extra parts and transport. Writing everything down in one budget helps you avoid surprises. If you are buying for a whole building or a big farm, make a full list with quantities. That way you can compare totals properly and decide where to spend more and where to save.

How it will look

Looks matter too, especially for flooring, decking and finishes that people see every day. Try to match this item with the colour and style of other materials on the same job. A shade that looks good on its own may clash with what is already in place. Remember that the photo is a guide and real colours can look slightly different. If you need an exact match, please ask us to confirm the finish first.

Visiting our Nairobi showrooms

Many of our customers are busy contractors and project owners who want clear prices and honest product information without wasting time. That is what we try to give on every product page. You can visit our Homabay Road or Vision Plaza showroom from Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. For buyers in other counties, the online shop lets you look at everything in your own time, then reach out to confirm availability.

Check the size before you buy

Before you buy, take a tape measure and note down the space where the item will go. Write the numbers on paper or on your phone so you do not forget. Check things like the length, width, thickness and how many pieces the job really needs. Do not judge the size from the photo alone because pictures can be misleading. If the size is not given in the description, ask us to confirm it.

What the listing says

According to our product records, this item is described as follows: Fences tend to offer more privacy, blocking your neighbors' view of your yard completely. A fence.... We have kept the wording close to what we received so that you get the facts as they are. Photos on the page are there to help you see the general look, but phone and laptop screens can change colours a little. If something important is missing from the description, send us a message and we will try to find out for you.

Who this is good for

Not every product is right for every home, and that is okay. This one belongs to Fencing & Security, which gives you an idea of where it is normally used. If you are supplying a big site, you may care more about quantity and a fair price. If it is your own home or farm, you may care more about strength and finish. Decide what matters most to you, then check the listing against that list.

Useful Kenyan resources
