Specifications Galvanized chainlink wire fence Guage 12.5g (2.5mm) Mesh size 50×50 Length 18meters...

Many people in Nairobi and the surrounding counties come to us when they are putting up a house, running a construction site or setting up a farm. Medium Guage 12.5g Mesh 50×50 7fts Height is one of the products in our Building Materials & Steel range. Below you will find what we know about it, how to tell if it suits your space, and a few tips that our customers have found helpful over time. Nothing here is complicated, and it should only take a few minutes.

Working with your fundi

Get your fundi involved early, even before you pay for the item. They can tell you if the product will work with your current setup and what else might be needed for the job. Do not assume that fixings, accessories or fuel are included unless the listing says so. Plan the work properly, wear the right safety gear, and keep the packaging and receipt until everything is working.

Look and finish

Many of our customers in Nairobi like a clean and simple look, while others go for something bolder. There is no wrong choice, it is about what you like and what suits your home. Just keep in mind that screens show colours differently, so the item may look a bit lighter or darker in real life. Compare it with nearby products in the Building Materials & Steel section to see a few styles side by side.

Shopping from anywhere in Kenya

We serve builders, home owners and farmers in Nairobi and across Kenya. Whether you are building in Kitengela, putting up a fence in Ruai or setting up a dairy unit in the countryside, the same advice applies. Know what you need, know your sizes, and confirm the details. Please note that this page does not promise stock levels or delivery terms, so ask us about those when you are ready to buy.

Money matters

The price you see on this page is for the item itself. Remember to also plan for things like fitting costs, extra parts and transport. Writing everything down in one budget helps you avoid surprises. If you are buying for a whole building or a big farm, make a full list with quantities. That way you can compare totals properly and decide where to spend more and where to save.

A quick word on sizes

One of the most common mistakes people make is buying something that does not fit. It happens a lot, and it is easy to avoid. Measure the old item if you are replacing one, and measure the space if it is a new installation. Keep all your measurements in the same unit, either centimetres or millimetres. Then compare them with what the listing says. When in doubt, send us your numbers and we will help you check.

Who this is good for

This product sits in our Building Materials & Steel section, so it is mainly meant for people working on that part of the house. It can suit a family building a new home, a contractor running a busy site, or a farmer who needs dependable equipment for daily work. Think about who will use it every day and how often. Something used every day on site needs more thought than an item for a one-off job.

Keeping it clean

A little care goes a long way. Wipe the item down once in a while and keep it dry where possible. If you are not sure which cleaner to use, start with plain water and a soft cloth. Strong products like bleach can damage some finishes, so test them on a small hidden area first. Please note that this advice is general and is not a promise about how long the product will last.

What the listing says

The short version is this: Specifications Galvanized chainlink wire fence Guage 12.5g (2.5mm) Mesh size 50×50 Length 18meters.... That is what we can tell you for sure. We do not want to add things that are not confirmed, so you will not find made up measurements or big promises here. If you need more, for example the weight, the exact finish or what comes in the box, just ask us first. A simple question now can save you a wasted trip later.

Some customers also look at these products: Quality Wire Mesh Chainlink 10g Mesh 65×65 Height 6ft, High Quality Chainlink Mesh, Threading Die Nut.
