Available in large quantities

Choosing hardware is easier when you have the right information in front of you. That is why we have put together this page for App Waterproofing Membrane for Flat Roof.. Whether you are a home owner in Nairobi, a farmer upcountry or a contractor working somewhere in Kenya, the aim is the same: to help you pick the right item the first time and avoid the stress of going back and forth. Let us go through it together, step by step.

Simple care tips

Keep it simple when it comes to cleaning. Gentle soap, warm water and a soft cloth will handle most everyday dirt. Stay away from steel wool and strong acids unless the maker says they are fine. Check the item now and then for loose screws, leaks or wear, depending on what it is. Fixing small issues early is cheaper and saves you from bigger repairs down the line.

Check the size before you buy

Before you buy, take a tape measure and note down the space where the item will go. Write the numbers on paper or on your phone so you do not forget. Check things like the length, width, thickness and how many pieces the job really needs. Do not judge the size from the photo alone because pictures can be misleading. If the size is not given in the description, ask us to confirm it.

Visiting our Nairobi showrooms

Nairobi keeps growing, with new estates, warehouses and commercial buildings coming up every year from Industrial Area to Mombasa Road, Syokimau and beyond. All this building needs steel, flooring, fencing and site equipment, and that is a big part of what we do. Our showrooms on Homabay Road off Enterprise Road and at Vision Plaza on Mombasa Road are easy to reach. If you are further away, you can still browse online and plan your list.

Price and value

We list prices in Kenya Shillings so you can plan easily. When working out your budget, include labour, any extra accessories and the cost of getting the items to site. If you are buying in bulk for a building project, talk to us about your full list. Note that this page is not a statement about stock, payment terms or delivery, so confirm those details when you order.

What you get

According to our product records, this item is described as follows: Available in large quantities. We have kept the wording close to what we received so that you get the facts as they are. Photos on the page are there to help you see the general look, but phone and laptop screens can change colours a little. If something important is missing from the description, send us a message and we will try to find out for you.

Fitting it properly

Get your fundi involved early, even before you pay for the item. They can tell you if the product will work with your current setup and what else might be needed for the job. Do not assume that fixings, accessories or fuel are included unless the listing says so. Plan the work properly, wear the right safety gear, and keep the packaging and receipt until everything is working.

Matching the rest of the job

Many of our customers in Nairobi like a clean and simple look, while others go for something bolder. There is no wrong choice, it is about what you like and what suits your home. Just keep in mind that screens show colours differently, so the item may look a bit lighter or darker in real life. Compare it with nearby products in the Waterproofing & Infrastructure section to see a few styles side by side.

Is it right for you?

This product sits in our Waterproofing & Infrastructure section, so it is mainly meant for people working on that part of the house. It can suit a family building a new home, a contractor running a busy site, or a farmer who needs dependable equipment for daily work. Think about who will use it every day and how often. Something used every day on site needs more thought than an item for a one-off job.
