About App Primer

If you have been looking for App Primer, you are in the right place. Key Value Building Stores stocks a wide range of items for homes, farms and building sites in Nairobi and other parts of Kenya. This page gives you the main facts about this item and some practical advice so that you can buy with confidence. Read through it slowly, compare it with what you already have at home, and take note of anything you want to confirm before you pay.

Is it right for you?

Not every product is right for every home, and that is okay. This one belongs to hardware, which gives you an idea of where it is normally used. If you are supplying a big site, you may care more about quantity and a fair price. If it is your own home or farm, you may care more about strength and finish. Decide what matters most to you, then check the listing against that list.

What you get

According to our product records, this item is described as follows: Available in 20 litre with a coverage 70. Plenty in stock. Water-based. We have kept the wording close to what we received so that you get the facts as they are. Photos on the page are there to help you see the general look, but phone and laptop screens can change colours a little. If something important is missing from the description, send us a message and we will try to find out for you.

Price and value

The price you see on this page is for the item itself. Remember to also plan for things like fitting costs, extra parts and transport. Writing everything down in one budget helps you avoid surprises. If you are buying for a whole building or a big farm, make a full list with quantities. That way you can compare totals properly and decide where to spend more and where to save.

Look and finish

A finished job looks neat when the materials go well together. Before you buy, look at the walls, floors and other hardware already in place. Think about whether you want this item to blend in or to stand out. Only rely on the material and finish stated in the description, because something that looks like metal in a photo may be made of something else. When the look is important to you, confirm before you buy.

Buying in Nairobi

Many of our customers are busy contractors and project owners who want clear prices and honest product information without wasting time. That is what we try to give on every product page. You can visit our Homabay Road or Vision Plaza showroom from Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. For buyers in other counties, the online shop lets you look at everything in your own time, then reach out to confirm availability.

Keeping it clean

Keep it simple when it comes to cleaning. Gentle soap, warm water and a soft cloth will handle most everyday dirt. Stay away from steel wool and strong acids unless the maker says they are fine. Check the item now and then for loose screws, leaks or wear, depending on what it is. Fixing small issues early is cheaper and saves you from bigger repairs down the line.

Before the fundi comes

For most items in this range, a good fundi will make a big difference. Show them the product page and talk about where it will go before they start work. Confirm what comes in the package and what extra parts, screws or fittings they may need to buy. Where the job involves heavy machines, height or electricity, use someone who is properly trained. Always follow the instructions that come with the product if they are provided.

A quick word on sizes

Before you buy, take a tape measure and note down the space where the item will go. Write the numbers on paper or on your phone so you do not forget. Check things like the length, width, thickness and how many pieces the job really needs. Do not judge the size from the photo alone because pictures can be misleading. If the size is not given in the description, ask us to confirm it.

More items to look at

Still not sure? Browse the rest of the hardware range to see what else is available. Some customers also look at these products: Sikaswell., Haosail Foam Tank, Thorough Wet and Dry Vacuum Cleaner. Just remember that being listed together does not mean the items are made to work together, so check each one on its own. If you are shopping for a whole house, the main shop has everything sorted by category.

Where to read more

If you want to learn more about product standards in Kenya, the Kenya Bureau of Standards has useful information. For building and construction guidance, you can visit the National Construction Authority. These links are shared for general reading only. They do not mean this product has been certified or approved by those bodies, so ask us if you need specific documents.

To sum up, take your time, compare a few options and confirm the details that matter to you. App Primer is just one of many items we carry for builders in Nairobi and the rest of Kenya. Whatever you are working on, we want you to get it right the first time. Asante for choosing Key Value Building Stores.
