APP Modified, Bituminous Waterproofing Membrane Flexible and long lasting. Applicable on different...

Many people in Nairobi and the surrounding counties come to us when they are putting up a house, running a construction site or setting up a farm. App Membrane-Flat Roof Waterproofing. is one of the products in our Waterproofing & Infrastructure range. Below you will find what we know about it, how to tell if it suits your space, and a few tips that our customers have found helpful over time. Nothing here is complicated, and it should only take a few minutes.

Working with your fundi

Get your fundi involved early, even before you pay for the item. They can tell you if the product will work with your current setup and what else might be needed for the job. Do not assume that fixings, accessories or fuel are included unless the listing says so. Plan the work properly, wear the right safety gear, and keep the packaging and receipt until everything is working.

Is it right for you?

This product sits in our Waterproofing & Infrastructure section, so it is mainly meant for people working on that part of the house. It can suit a family building a new home, a contractor running a busy site, or a farmer who needs dependable equipment for daily work. Think about who will use it every day and how often. Something used every day on site needs more thought than an item for a one-off job.

Visiting our Nairobi showrooms

Many of our customers are busy contractors and project owners who want clear prices and honest product information without wasting time. That is what we try to give on every product page. You can visit our Homabay Road or Vision Plaza showroom from Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM. For buyers in other counties, the online shop lets you look at everything in your own time, then reach out to confirm availability.

What you get

According to our product records, this item is described as follows: APP Modified, Bituminous Waterproofing Membrane Flexible and long lasting. Applicable on different.... We have kept the wording close to what we received so that you get the facts as they are. Check the size before you buy

Before you buy, take a tape measure and note down the space where the item will go. Write the numbers on paper or on your phone so you do not forget. Check things like the length, width, thickness and how many pieces the job really needs. Do not judge the size from the photo alone because pictures can be misleading. If the size is not given in the description, ask us to confirm it.

How it will look

A finished job looks neat when the materials go well together. Before you buy, look at the walls, floors and other hardware already in place. Think about whether you want this item to blend in or to stand out. Only rely on the material and finish stated in the description, because something that looks like metal in a photo may be made of something else. When the look is important to you, confirm before you buy.

Money matters

Every project has a budget, big or small. Compare the price of this product with similar ones in the Waterproofing & Infrastructure section to see what fits your pocket. The cheapest option is not always the best value, and the most expensive is not always necessary. Think about how often the item will be used and how easy it will be to replace. Then pick the option that gives you peace of mind.

Simple care tips

Cleaning depends on what the item is made of. Use a soft cloth and mild soap for regular cleaning unless the product instructions say otherwise. Avoid harsh chemicals and rough scrubbers until you know they are safe for the surface. Dust and mud are common on building sites and farms, so clean the item after heavy use. If anything becomes loose or stops working well, ask a fundi to check it as soon as you notice.
